A stage of aromas and flavors

In a recent past this cozy room was a small cellar and a garage for agricultural implements, a past that is present in the objects that integrate the space and that still tell us these stories.

It gave way to the dining room where our Chef leads a kitchen based on the culinary tradition of the region combined with the freshness of the new techniques and flavors that contemporary cuisine brings us.

A carefully crafted Carte so that each meal tells the story of Minho and his people; Quinta do Caminho and those who build it every day.
